Ogden Valley Winter Sports Foundation

Camp will have a strong emphasis on GS and basic skiing fundamentals as well as timed gate training runs throughout the camp. Varied terrain, drills, free skiing, full length courses, timed runs and video will be routine.

Daily schedule will be something like this;

6AM                  Wake Up
7:15AM            Lifts open for coaches and set up crew
7:30AM            Lifts open for athletes
7:30-11:45       training
12:00 NOON    Lunch
1-3                     rest and tune skis
3-5:30               dryland and activities ( hike, swim, bike, other)
6:30 PM           dinner
7:30 PM           video sessions
9:30 PM           bed

Dates
JO/FIS and U14(99 birth yr)   depart June 14th  return June 23
Regional team U14 and U12 depart June 14th return June 19th ( athletes under 12 required to be with a parent chaperon for travel and lodging)

Camp Costs
Full 10 days ( 8 on snow)  = $1600 
1/2 camp ( 5 days on snow) = $850
under 12 costs ( accommodation not included w/parent) = $550
Camp costs will include ( exception for U12)
Lifts, meals,on and off hill snacks,  accommodation, transportation to and from Ogden, coaching, dryland and lots of fun..
