Volunteer Hour Commitments
Volunteer Hours
Last year, we logged over 3800 hours of donated time running our programs, fundraisers and hosted races. We need your support again this year. New this season - we are "billing" all families for Volunteer Hours.
ALL devo home & travel team families - 20 hrs/season
Regional team families - 35 hrs/season
JO/FIS team families - 50 hrs/season
As you volunteer for team activities and fund raisers, submit them and credits will be posted to your Volunteer Hours invoice balance. Watch your balance due drop to Zero!
Family Work Deposit
OVWSF and the Ogden Valley Ski Team host races, off-snow events, and fundraisers each year. The OVWSF is a non-profit organization that relies heavily on participating family support to keep program costs low while successfully hosting races and fundraisers. The Family Work Deposit is a financial incentive for families to support the organization. Volunteer expectations are outlined within the document to the right detailing specific hours and deposit levels required.
